As a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, I offer specialist psychological therapy and coaching to adults experiencing psychological/emotional difficulties. I can help you understand the difficulties you are experiencing and support you to make the changes you need to move forward. As no two people are the same, I offer a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of the individual.
I am able to offer sessions face-to-face from my clinic in West Bridgford, Nottingham or remote sessions through Zoom.

Psychological Discovery & Insight Session
This might be right for you if you are feeling stuck with your life, work or health and are considering coaching. If you are unsure if you want regular support but would like to start to understand yourself better a discovery and insight session can help.
A one-off 90 minute session to work through an issue or roadblock you are facing. We will create a psychological
understanding of why you are really stuck, what is keeping the problem going and a roadmap of how to work through it for you to take away.
If you are experiencing distress or struggling with your mental health then a psychological assessment and/or therapy is likely to be more appropriate.
I help ambitious women focus in on what is holding them back and find ways to overcome their roadblocks.
I offer specialist help for people who struggle with imposter syndrome or behaviours such as perfectionism and people pleasing that are getting in the way of creating the life they want.
Coaching is typically more structured and has a focus on development, performance and wellbeing. Sessions will be focused on helping you exit unhelpful behaviours so you can achieve your goals.
I only use evidence-based coaching methods and bring my years of expert psychological experience to equip you with the tools and support to move forward.
Consultation, Teaching & Training
I offer consultation, teaching and training to organisations/groups on topics such as resilience, burnout, imposter syndrome and more. I also contribute to publications, guest blogs, podcasts and am available to speak at events.
