What to expect

If you are new to therapy, it can be difficult to know what to expect. It is common for this to create some worry or anxiety. The following information is designed to make things a little clearer about what happens in therapy.  If you have any questions or queries about accessing psychological therapy or simply want to know more then please get in touch.

Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held weekly or fortnightly. Read more about what to expect from therapy.

Psychological Assessment involves meeting with you and talking though the difficulties that have led you to seek help. You will be asked about a number of areas of your life so that we can build an accurate picture of what is happening and how we might approach it. Read more about this.
